What is your Talent?

Last May, you saw The Grill On Broadway and hostess Mama Tits round up some of the best local talent The Hill has to offer, battling it out for $1000 cash and a trip to Las Vegas. On August 17th, The Capitol Hill Talent Show is back, and bigger than ever! How often do you get to stick it to mom and dad, and tell them that your silly talent finally did pay the rent?

We want performers of ALL types. We don’t care if it’s interpretive dance, ice sculpturing, stupid pet (or human) tricks, drag performance, singing, comedy, or even plate spinning (just don’t break ours!). Capitol Hill has the best and definitely most eccentric collection of performers and artists in the country, and showcasing the amazing talents of our community is what The Capitol Hill Talent Show is all about!

Shows and secret talents

Mama Tits returns as your host for this 5 week series, where each night the crowd selects 3 winners to return for the finale on September 21, where one lucky performer will walk away with $1000 CASH and a trip to Las Vegas! Even if you’re not a performer, come on down to The Grill every Friday night at 9 starting August 17 to watch the competition heat up.

We have people from all around the great city and we have a great number of people who have never performed before. No matter what you do for a living, whether you are a sewer worker or an actor, everyone is welcome and everyone has a chance to win the price. The idea is getting everyone together and having fun. That is what we are all about and we do our best to provide our patrons with the best atmosphere in the great city of Seattle.

Mimosas With Mama: The Most Fabulous Brunch Event On The Hill!

The Hill’s Fiercest Brunch Event, “Mimosas With Mama’ Premieres to a Packed House! Check out a photo recap of the premiere Seattle event Right Here!

Iconic Capitol Hill hot spot, The Grill On Broadway launched the innovative new Drag Brunch show, ‘Mimosas with Mama’ on Sunday March 4 to a ravenous crowd, hungry for the unmatched comedy chops of Mama Tits, The Grill’s famous Brunch Buffet, and Mama’s list of signature mimosa creations.

‘Mimosa’s’ host, The One And Only Mama Tits, was at the top of her game as she wowed the the cheering audience with a variety of numbers in her trademark pink ensembles. Mama was joined by the shock drag stylings of her Drag Daughter, Ursula Major, Seattle’s Divine Diva, as well as the brilliantly nostalgic Vera Vera Ahndahvahl. But the most touching moment came as the always fabulous Aleksa Manilla (making a guest appearance) serenaded a loving couple in the back with ‘I Don’t Want To Miss A Thing’, a dedication request for an unsuspecting, and clearly moved partner. Needless to say, hollandaise sauce wasn’t the only thing on the napkins as Aleksa left the stage.

Praise for the event was immediately saturating social media. Reigning Mr. Gay Seattle, Alexander Mentele proclaims; “The show keeps the audience well connected, and The Iconic Grill on Broadway has one of the best brunches on The Hill!”, while Drag personality Olivia LaGarce raves “Mama Tits puts on a hell of a show, with the help of an amazing cast. I love it!”. The Hill’s party trailblazer DJ Skiddle tells us; “I’ve found my new hangover cure!” and fashionista Adaam King adds; “Mimosas With Mama is hands down the best hangover cure and most fun Sunday show in the city!”
